During all sale periods
To redeem the specified sale discount, a minimum purchase of $50.00aud is required
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Refunds - will not be issued for 'change of mind' (please be sure to select your item carefully)
Exchanges - sizing exchanges are accepted (please note - all shipping costs are the responsibility of customer)
Cancellation - Contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need your order cancelled for any reason (please note - a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded)
How do I redeem sale discounts?
Sale discounts will be automatically applied at checkout, no codes needed!
Will I be eligible for a refund on my order purchased during a sale?
All purchases made throughout the sales period will not be eligible for a refund, all returns will be issued with a store credit for the amount paid.
Will shipping be delayed for orders placed during a sale period?
KNITWEAR 30% off Sale - Due to the high volume of orders, we are facing slight delays. Our team is working hard to get your orders osent out to you
OUTLET 30% off Sale - No delays are expected
BFCM Sale - Due to the large volume of orders during this sales period, we will unfortunately face longer dispatch times than usual.

Can I exchange for another size if it doesn't fit?
Please reach out to us over at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Can I buy a Gift Card during a sale?
Yes! You will be able to purchase gift cards as normal, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.
Can I redeem the welcome discount during a sale?
Unfortunately, not. Only one discount can be applied to the order.
Can I change/edit my order once placed?
Editing order items including changes to shipping addresses or order details may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Although we most likely be unable to make changes, we still strongly suggest to email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please check all details carefully (quantities, size, colour, and item/style) before you place your order.
